The Grinch Invades Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill in Louisville

The mischievous Grinch is set to make a grand entrance at Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill in Louisville, Kentucky, bringing a whirlwind of holiday cheer and playful antics.

 

On Friday December 19, 2025, the Grinch will embark on a tour across all three Salsarita's locations, ensuring no guacamole is safe from his festive mischief.

 

Attendees can look forward to live announcements of the Fiesta Pack Coloring Contest winners, photo opportunities with the green grouch himself, and a host of holiday hijinks.

 

As a special treat, Salsarita's is offering a Grinch's Guac Giveaway: free guacamole with every entrée purchase throughout the day.

 

The Grinch's schedule is as follows:

 

Shepherdsville: 10:30 AM – 12 PM

 

Middletown: 1 PM – 3 PM

 

St. Matthews: 3:30 PM – 5 PM

 

Each location will host live announcements of the Fiesta Pack Coloring Contest winners. To participate, pick up a coloring page and return it by December 18th.
