Your Guide to the 2025 Kentucky State Fair: Tickets, Concerts, and More

The 2025 Kentucky State Fair is set to captivate visitors from August 14 to August 24 at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville.

 

Attendees can look forward to a diverse array of attractions, including agricultural exhibits, thrilling rides, live music, and a variety of food vendors.

 

One of the highlights is the Texas Roadhouse Concert Series, featuring performances from renowned artists such as Sawyer Brown, Sister Sledge Ft. Sledgendary, Blue Öyster Cult, and Grand Funk Railroad.

 

These concerts are included with fair admission, offering exceptional value to attendees.

 

For equestrian enthusiasts, the World's Championship Horse Show will take place from August 16 to August 23 in Freedom Hall.

 

This prestigious event showcases top-tier Saddlebreds, Hackney Ponies, and Road Horses competing for over $1.5 million in prizes.

 

Tickets for the horse show are available separately and can be purchased online.

 

Special promotional days include Military Sunday on August 17, offering free admission to active military personnel, veterans, and their families with valid ID.

 

Senior Day on August 19 provides free entry for guests aged 55 and older.

 

Additionally, Sensory Awareness Day on August 20 offers a more accommodating environment for individuals with sensory processing differences.

 

General admission tickets are priced at $12 per person when purchased online in advance, which includes parking.

 

Tickets bought at the gate are $10 per person, with an additional $10 parking fee.

 

Children aged 5 and under receive free admission.

 

For thrill-seekers, the Thrill Ville area offers over 50 rides.

 

Unlimited ride wristbands are available for $30 when purchased online in advance.

 

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a chaperone aged 21 or older after 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and all day Friday through Sunday.

 

Proof of age is required, and IDs will be verified at the gate.
